About Devon

Devon leads Gen Media Partners’ small market and non-metro sales initiatives. She started as a McGavren Guild sales assistant 22 years ago and proudly boasts relationships with many of the same broadcasters. Her understanding and interest in the trends and categories that drive national spot radio sales help her coach client stations on how to maximize their national revenue and opportunity. She is an experienced, energetic, and entrepreneurial executive who loves to win.

About Kathleen

Kathleen (Kat) started her radio career at Interep Radio Sales in 2002.  She started at Regional Reps in 2013 as an Account Manager with the Dallas office and promoted to Client Services Director in 2016.  She joined Gen Media Partners in 2018 as the Director of Business Development and Senior Account Manager.  Her strong analytical skills and market knowledge resulted in design and creation of new proprietary software within our Boost Programs. 

About Mandee

Mandee has worked in the Radio industry for her entire career over the last 19 years. She is a natural leader and helped grow and manage the Account Management team into what it is today. Her positivity, insight and strong work ethic have helped develop and strengthen the success of this team.  Mandee excels at helping agency media partners with their radio research and with recommendations, while getting our stations “the win!”  Her focused and trustworthy approach has always served our clients well.
